Suellen Bartlett

Suellen Bartlett is Marcus Beale’s Associate in the CFO Practice. Working closely with the Odgers Berndtson regional network, her specialism is in the appointment of Finance Directors, CFOs and senior finance professionals across all sectors in the midlands and north of England. The CFO Practice is amongst the top three in the UK executive search market and handles nearly 20% of the firm's assignments each year.

Suellen is also involved with searches for non-executive directorships when the requirement is to appoint a candidate with senior finance experience e.g. Audit Committee Chairs. Suellen spent 7 years in finance & professional services, working for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Polunin Capital Partners LLP before training as a Financial Institutions Underwriter for Chubb Insurance Co. of Europe SE.

In 2008, Suellen joined Odgers Berndtson as a Researcher and has worked on key appointments such as the Director of Finance for Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Suellen is a Law/Politics graduate of the University of Birmingham.
