Roger A. J. M. Bekius

Roger Bekius is a Senior Partner of the Amsterdam office, specialising in business & professional services and industry/technology. Roger's functional speciality includes Board roles and General Management.

Prior to entering the executive search profession (1991), he served as General Manager of Human Resources facilities and IT for Canon Business Machines Benelux and as Senior Manager for Peat Marwick/KPMG Management Consultants. Before joining Odgers Berndtson (1995) he was General Manager of an executive search firm. Roger is a past Co-Chairman of Odgers Berndtson worldwide (2003 - 2005), Chairman Europe (2003 - 2007) and former Managing Partner NL (2000 - 2008).

Roger holds a Master's degree in industrial psychology from the University of Groningen.
