Roberta has over 14 years of executive search experience. She began her career with Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search firm. Starting as an Associate within the Industrial Practice, she had progressed to Principal when she left the firm in 2004. More recently, she was an Associate Vice President with Robert Half and was an integral member in launching their executive search division.
Roberta has extensive search experience across a broad spectrum of industries including: industrial, financial, technology, consumer, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profit organizations. She has completed extensive search work at the mid-management, senior executive and CEO levels in both Canada and the United States.
Prior to executive search, Roberta worked for Micromedia, a leading Canadian information company in sales and marketing. Roberta holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario.
