Rita Dutta is a member of the research team at Odgers Berndtson.

We have the largest team of expert Researchers in the UK, most of who are based in London with some in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and Scotland.  The majority specialise in a particular sector or function.  The role of Researcher is to identify key individuals for our clients by understanding the clients’ needs; mapping the market; identifying and approaching individuals and assessing their interest and fit for the role.

The Research Team also includes our Business Information and Analyst teams who compile relevant company and market information, and updates on policy changes & developments.

Researchers range in experience from graduates through to senior career researchers and we have a career structure to reflect this.  Our researchers have a broad range of backgrounds and knowledge so that we offer clients the most relevant expertise to bring the best possible results.
