Richard Beesley

Richard Beesley is a Partner and Deputy Managing Director in the Odgers Interim Commercial Practice. He specialises in placing interim managers in industrial settings, principally in energy, manufacturing and infrastructure environments. He is based in our London office.

Richard worked with companies such as Johnson Controls, Skandia Life and Southern Electric plc, latterly undertaking senior performance management and customer service roles. He then moved into recruitment with another leading search firm, with responsibility for senior finance appointments. Prior to joining Odgers he spent three years with Albemarle Interim Management as Head of Client Services specialising in transport, manufacturing and engineering assignments.

He graduated from Southampton University with an honours degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Economics and went on to qualify as a Chartered Management Accountant. Richard has also been a tutor with the Leadership Trust, an international centre for executive leadership development, for over fifteen years.
