Rebecca Royle

Rebecca is a Consultant within the Government Practice and is based in our Leeds office. With nine years experience as a Headhunter, she has worked to build up our growing portfolio of clients in the north of England, and leads on senior management and board level assignments in the social housing sector nationally. Rebecca also works on broader public sector appointments, with a speciaism in LEPs.

Rebecca’s early career was spent with a global search firm, where she was worked on appointments across the manufacturing and consumer sector. She then spent four years with a national Executive Search and Selection firm as a Consultant with a key focus on permanent senior appointments across Local Government and the broader Public Sector.

Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) degree in Communication Studies.
