Peg Eva

Peg Eva is based in London and manages the Reference Service whilst also conducting search assignments in a number of different sectors and for a variety of functions. 

Peg has been in executive search for over 20 years. After a varied early career, including time in the Scotch Whisky industry and investment banking (with 3i), she joined Arthur Young in 1984 to help set up a new headhunting division.  In 1986 she moved to Thomson Partners Ltd where she ran the London office for 5 years before setting up her own business in 1997 conducting search and selection assignments for a wide range of functions and industries.  She joined Odgers in 2005 to set up the new in-house reference service, the aim of which is to enhance Odgers’ core search capability and help win new business.

Peg has an MA (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from City University Business School.
