Michael Proft

Michael Proft is a Partner with Odgers Berndtson, Frankfurt which he joined in 1995. He heads the Business & Professional Services practice in Frankfurt and is leader of the global Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. He specializes in recruiting senior  managers in rapidly evolving markets, especially in consultancies, TMT and financial markets.

Having earned a degree in physics, he worked as a consultant for Gemini Consulting for five years focussing on strategy and process consulting in the telecommunication, automotive and consumer goods sectors. Prior to getting into executive search consulting, Michael Proft served as the CEO of an IT service provider for several years.
