Mary-Katherine is a senior consultant at Odgers Berndtson's Montreal office. She brings to the firm years of recruiting experience at the local, national and international levels. In her previous role as an associate with another leading national executive search firm, Mary-Katherine conducted a number of senior level executive searches with a particular focus on CEO, CFO, investment banking and other senior financial management assignments.
She started her career in the television industry, as a researcher, scriptwriter, and documentary director, where she has contributed to the success of many award winning documentary productions.
Mary-Katherine is a graduate of the HEC and the University of Montreal.
