Margaret has extensive experience working with both private and public sector clients identifying and attracting individuals to leadership positions for organizations across Canada. She has a deep understanding of the current challenges corporations face when attracting, retaining, and planning the succession of key talent in this very competitive marketplace. She works closely with committees, boards, administration and key stakeholders in order to articulate the very essence of her clients’ culture.
Her clients include organizations in the public and not-for-profit sectors with a focus on Municipal Government. Margaret recruits executives across all functional areas including: Chief Administrative Officers, Treasurers, Corporate Services, Public Works, Transportation, Planning and Development, Fire Chiefs, Library CEO’s, Economic Development, and Human Resources.
Chief executives are recognising the importance of strengthening and protecting corporate reputation and the vital role played by corporate communications in doing this.
With increasingly fierce competition for leadership talent and a compelling focus on intellectual resources, the human resources field is experiencing a renaissance.
As world-class organisations grapple with the global challenges of the 21st century, it is their leaders that define success.
