Marek Ambroziak

Marek Ambroziak is a Managing Director in Odgers Berndtson’s Warsaw office where he focuses on projects in the industrial, construction, FMCG and private equity sectors. He also conducts CFO / Finance Directors search assignments and was involved in numerous management assessment projects throughout his career.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2011, he worked in both global renowned consulting companies and European executive search boutiques. He was a Client Director / Partner with a European executive recruitment firm for almost six years and was co-building the executive search practice in Poland at one of the leading American Listed HR management consultancies. He also was a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Marek holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw. Has native Polish and fluent English.
