Luigi Frezza

Luigi Frezza is a member of the Life Sciences practice at Odgers Berndtson. Based in London, Luigi is responsible for providing talent tracking, due diligence, consulting and executive search services to a wide range of international clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, contract research and medical devices sectors. With over eight years in Executive Search, Luigi is experienced in working on international search assignments in R&D, medical, strategic marketing and commercial operations functions across the European and US markets.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Luigi was employed as a Senior Associate within the European Life Sciences practice of Korn Ferry/Whitehead Mann, having previously worked as a Consultant with a specialist life sciences focused executive search boutique in London and in Philadelphia where he participated in the opening of their affiliate office and coordinated a number of international search mandates across Europe and US for Vaccines, Biotech and Large Pharmaceutical companies. In his earlier career, Luigi was employed as a Research Associate with Heidrick & Struggles in Rome in the healthcare practice where he focused on the Italian domestic market supporting Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices companies in the appointment of senior commercial and general management roles.

Luigi graduated with a Degree in Political Science (MSc) with concentration in Organisational Theory from the University of Bologna and has recently completed an Executive MBA from Cass Business School in London.
