Odgers Berndtson
Kate Hamilton-Baily joined Odgers Berndtson in 2006 as a Consultant and works in the Central Government Practice focusing on senior executive and Non-executive appointments. Previously she has worked in the Board Practice focusing on board appointments in the private sector and has spent six months on secondment to the Dubai office working on international assignments. She has a functional specialism in Communications across the Public and Not for Profit sectors.
Kate started her search career working on senior public/not for profit sector appointments in 2004. Her early career was spent in the Army, where she held a number of command and staff roles including strategic army recruitment.
She graduated from Edinburgh University in 1997 with a Masters in History of Art.
