Joyce Zhou

Joyce Zhou is a Partner in the Odgers Berndtson Shanghai office. She is a key member of the Industrial Practice and also has extensive experience in the Consumer products, technology and professional service sectors in China.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked with Spencer Stuart in Shanghai where she conducted senior searches in the industrial, technology and consumer sectors. She also spent six years with Heidrick & Struggles, in both the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices, focusing on senior searches in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions in the consumer sector.

Her earlier career was in hospitality and academia.

Joyce has a B.A. in British & American Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and an MBA from the Tsinghua-MIT Sloan program at Tsinghua University. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
