Gitanjali Gandhiok

Gitanjali Gandhiok is a Principal Consultant in the Odgers Berndtson Gurgaon office outside New Delhi. As lead consultant for the Retail and Consumer sector, she has a broad client focus which also includes Services and Media & Entertainment.

She joined Odgers Berndtson in 2011 after 16 years at Egon Zehnder International. A founding member of EZI India, she began her search career in 1995 and over the course of her tenure, successfully held a variety of senior roles in research, assignment delivery and general management. She also led global initiatives aimed at improving the development and effectiveness of a market leading research function across the whole organization. This followed an early career in advertising focused on building communication and brand strategies for clients in the consumer sector.

An Indian national, Gitanjali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University and a Masters in Business Administration from NUS, Singapore.
