Giles Naylor is Head of the Central Government Practice where he works with clients across the sector on a wide range of senior public appointments. Giles works with Departments, their Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies to find top executive and non executive talent.
Giles has an extensive track record of executive search in the commercial sector, where he has been responsible for the appointment of executives, chief executive officers and non executive board members across a number of sectors. He has worked at the interface between government and the private sectors for many years and has extensive experience of conducting executive search assignments across the whole UK economy.
A graduate of Liverpool University, Giles started his career with the Royal Artillery. After two operational tours he left the British Army having achieved the rank of Captain. His executive search career spans more than ten years and includes the creation and leadership of a boutique executive search partnership.
