Franz-Josef Nuß founded the Munich office of Odgers Berndtson in 2004. As member of the Automotive and Industrial Practices, he recruits for automotive concerns and their subcontractors as well as for the retail sector. He is responsible for the Management Audit Practice and, in that connection, for the ongoing use and continuing development of the auditing method Human Asset Review®.
He has degrees in wood engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur), business administration and economics. After gaining eight years' experience in various companies belonging to the Wittelsbacher Ausgleichsfonds, he began his career as an executive search consultant in 1990 at Interconsilium in Düsseldorf. He later headed the Munich office of Roland Berger Executive Resources for nine years.
