Feodor Sheberstov

Feodor Sheberstov is the Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson's Moscow office which was originally founded in 2001. He currently heads the Financial Services Practice in Russia and oversees the strategic development of the company. Feodor has successfully executed over 300 assignments and assisted numerous Russian and international companies in building professional teams, designing organizational structures, and developing compensation & benefits policies.

Participates in individual senior managers and senior team assessments. Is a certified expert in Senior Management assessment approach Human Asset Review® and LeaderFit®.

He is renowned throughout the Russian business community as one of the country’s most successful executive search consultants, and is an influential expert on investment banking, private equity and venture capital industries.

He has been in executive search business since 1996. He had worked for a number of well-known Russian and international executive search companies, focusing on senior-level assignments for investment banks, private equity firms and large industrial holdings. 

Feodor was educated at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and completed a number of executive programs from IMD, INSEAD, Stanford GSB, Wharton School of Business.
