Elizabeth Coffey

Elizabeth Coffey is a Consultant in the Consumer & Leisure Practice based in the London office. Elizabeth has over twenty years experience in executive search. During that time she has worked across a wide range of industry sectors and functions, both in the UK and internationally.

In the last eight years Elizabeth has focused on the Consumer Products, Leisure and Retail sectors with particular emphasis on senior executive roles within general management, customer services, marketing, and strategy. She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients from global organisations to smaller, more entrepreneurial ventures.

Elizabeth joined Odgers Berndtson in October 2009 to strengthen our dedicated leisure practice and franchise across the hospitality sector and build on Odgers Berndtson’s position as industry experts. Immediately prior to this Elizabeth was with a leading international search firm as a Consultant in the Board Practice, where she worked on Chairman and Non-Executive Director appointments in the FTSE 100, leading Government and public sector bodies and private equity backed businesses. Elizabeth has a degree in Classics from Aberystwyth University.
