Delia Pegg

Delia is head of Assessment. She is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Business Psychologists and Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is bound by the ethical codes of all these institutes regarding appropriateness of psychological processes, fairness and equality and is a full member of both the Occupational and special coaching group of the BPS. She is qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in psychometric testing, therefore she is able to administer, interpret and recommend a wide range of ability tests and personality profiles.

Delia has B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in psychology and occupational psychology from London University and an MBA. She has many years experience in assessing candidates, particularly for a wide range of roles within professional services and has worked extensively within the public sector at Veredus. Delia also has experience of designing and running Assessment and Development Centres, including tailored exercises and providing career counselling services.
