Dagmar-Elena Markworth has been working with Odgers Berndtson as a member of its Industry Practices Financial Services and Public Sector & Not for Profit since 2004. She places executives and highly qualified experts in the Private and Public Banking Sector specialicing in Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Banking as well as in the Public Sector including publicly controlled enterprises. Furthermore, Dagmar-Elena advises on the placement of legal positions, both in legal advisory firms and regarding in-house legal functions.

Dagmar-Elena is a fully qualified lawyer, having earned a law degree at the university of Freiburg im Breisgau. In the course of her practical training, she has been working with the Human Resources departments of Deutsche Bank AG and TUI AG, as well as a law firm. Following her legal qualification in 2004, she has opted for a career in the executive search industry.
Dagmar-Elena is married and likes to spend her leisure time on venture trips and classical opera. As a sportive person, she is devoted to jogging, golfing and skiing.
