Colin Wall

Colin Wall is a Partner in the Board and TMT Practices in London where he works on assignments for Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) and executives on main and subsidiary boards in quoted and unquoted companies. Colin has special responsibility for Odgers Berndtson’s work with SMEs and senior recruiting activities in the English Regions and Wales, especially developing the NED market.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Colin worked in executive search for 22 years, 17 as Chairman of his own company - Copley Wall & Associates Ltd. Colin’s former career involved him in increasingly senior management positions in biotechnology, forensic science, the cement industry, and venture capital. 

Colin holds a PhD in Analytical Forensic Chemistry from Imperial College, London, is an NED of The Technology Partnership, and has been the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in both FTSE and AIM-listed companies.
