Clare Davies

Clare Davies joined Odgers Berndtson in October 2009 as an Consultant within the Education Practice based in their London office Clare began her executive search career six years ago working for a boutique search firm where she became Head of Research working across a variety of industry sectors including; renewable energy, clean technology, real estate and financial services. Most recently, Clare spent two years working for a global financial services firm as a Senior Resourcing Manager mandated to hire investment, pensions and human capital executives during an exciting period of growth.

Clare focuses on Higher Education assignments with current clients including University Vice Chancellors and Business School leaders. She has a broad range of experience having recruited for a variety of functional roles including HR, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Finance both in the UK and overseas.

Clare holds a Masters degree in Development Anthropology from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a Bachelors degree in Sociology and French from Cardiff University.
