Ciara Finegan-Taylor

Ciara is an Associate Consultant within the Human Resources Practice in the London office. Previously, she worked in the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice where she specialized in placing senior level Commercial, and Research and Development roles across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ciara was employed by Whitehead Mann as a Research Associate in the Life Sciences Practice. Subsequent to moving into Executive Search, Ciara worked at Merrill Lynch International in London on the Pan European Banks Research Team. Before moving to London in 2004, Ciara began her career working for Ireland’s North Eastern Health Board, across the Acute, Community and Health Promotion departments in Accounts and Human Resource positions.

Ciara, an Irish citizen, was educated at the National College of Ireland, Dublin where she completed a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Human Resource Management and subsequently a Post-Graduate Diploma (Distinction) in First Line Management. She joined Odgers Berndtson in April 2009.
