Cecilia Tsim

Cecilia Tsim is Senior Advisor, Greater China of Odgers Berndtson.  Cecilia has over 30 years' human resources, coaching and executive search experience.  Formerly a Global Partner and Managing Director of another major international executive search firm, she focuses on senior-level assignments for clients ranging from commercial and investment banks to quasi-government organisations. 

Previously, she was a Managing Director at heritage JP Morgan as Regional Head of Human Resources - Asia and Chief Operating Officer for the Regional Chairman.  Prior to that, she was Regional Head of Human Resources at Merrill Lynch. 

Cecilia received a BA (Honours) in English from the University of Hong Kong followed by postgraduate studies in Victorian Literature at Manchester University, United Kingdom.
