Bambos is based in London and is a member of the public sector interim management practice, joining OdgersInterim in September 2008. His particular areas of focus are local government and the housing and regeneration sectors. He has responsibility for placing interim executives across most functions.
Bambos has eight years’ executive search experience and has been responsible for recruiting to a variety of senior roles for government bodies, local authorities, housing associations and regeneration agencies.
Bambos graduated from Cass Business School and spent his early career as a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' global HR division before joining their executive search and selection team. In 2005, he was seconded to the Olympic Delivery Authority for 18-months where he was heavily involved in recruiting their start-up team, finding and placing both senior interim and permanent members of staff. Bambos joined Odgers Berndtson from another leading executive search firm, of which he was a founder member.
Outside the office, Bambos is an active sports enthusiast and keen runner. He completed the New York marathon in 2006 raising more than £1,500 for a children’s leukaemia charity.
