Baldwin Klep joined Odgers Berndtson Belgium in early 2002; he specialises in international assignments for multinational clients. For the previous 20 years he was with Heidrick & Struggles, in Los Angeles and Brussels, where he was co-founder of the Trans-National Search practice for Europe, European Head of the Consumer Goods practice, a member of the International Executive Committee and Managing Partner of the Brussels office.
He started his career at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management, in Cincinnati and Toronto. Subsequently, he was Vice President Marketing & Sales USA for an English consumer goods company and a general management consultant with an American consulting firm.
Baldwin was born in the Netherlands, where he obtained a Law Degree from the University of Leyden before going on to earn an MBA from Columbia University, New York. He lived and worked in the USA and Canada for 15 year and is fluent in three languages.
