Baard Storsveen

Baard I. L. Storsveen is Managing Partner of the Oslo office of Odgers Berndtson. He previously served as a Partner and Manager in another executive search firm. Baard has worked as a Manager in the search industry since 1996.

He has more than 18 years leadership experience and has achieved extremely good results and long-term client relations, completing a number of search assignments for clients within FMCG, industry, media, culture, IT/telecom, finance and public sector. As a result of Baard's insight and experience with organisational change processes, he is a skilled adviser in developing teams and management groups and boards of directors in many different business sectors.

Baard graduated from the Norwegian Military Academy in 1993.
