Odgers Berndtson
London office
Andrew Bulloss specialises in recruiting senior executives, non-executives and director level positions in both the sport and betting and gaming industries. He co-ordinates the firm’s approach to the betting and gaming sector globally, with responsibility for developing Odgers’ capabilities in igaming, offline/retail betting, gaming software and technology firms, lotteries, gaming control boards and affiliates.
Additionally, Andrew sits within the Global Sports practice at Odgers, which is unique in being the only dedicated sports practice amongst the global search firms. The practice handles executive searches for sports rights holders, clubs and associations, venues and stadia, national governing bodies, international sports federations and major events organising committees and bid teams.
Prior to joining Odgers, Andrew spent eight years running recruitment teams within a UK listed executive recruitment business, handling senior search and selection assignments for senior marketing, commercial management and sales posts in the UK and Europe. During this time he worked with a number of high-profile businesses across financial services, technology and online as well as consumer-led service industries.
The business of sport is a rapidly changing landscape, fueled by a growing global demand from consumers and commercial partners. Professional, commercial leadership is now in premium demand.
The changing shape of the industry continues to increase the levels of complexity, regulation and governance for organisations in the Betting and Gaming sector, bringing further challenges for senior executives and their boards as well as for betting and gaming recruitment.
