Alix Meekison

Alix Meekison joined the Scottish Practice of Odgers Berndtson in May 2009 and focuses on Executive level search and selection across Scotland. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Alix worked with Change, Eglinton and Hudson and has over 10 years’ experience delivering recruitment, assessment and development solutions. Her primary area of expertise is across the full range of Human Resources functions.

Alix graduated from Aberdeen University with an MA (Hons) in Political Science and then joined Marks and Spencer as a graduate trainee before being promoted to Commercial Manager. She moved on to Nationwide as Northern Area Manager. In addition to being a regular speaker at HR conferences Alix has also held a number of non-executive Directorships for various charities including Penumbra.
