Alasdair Green

Alasdair Green is a Principal in the Oil & Gas Practice based in Aberdeen. He specialises in senior management and technical appointments in the international Oil & Gas industry. A geoscientist, Alasdair's early career was in wellbore drilling survey with a specialist oil services company. On diverse exploration & production projects, he performed high precision wellbore surveys from onshore and offshore facilities. His function as Lead Field Engineer took him to well sites and client offices in Europe, Africa and Asia where he worked with international and national Oil & Gas operators and service companies.

Prior to joining Odgers, Alasdair's experience in executive search was gained with a boutique Oil & Gas search firm, where he recruited senior technical and management professionals for operators and service companies in the UK and North West Europe.

Alasdair has a BSc (Hons) in Geoscience and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (CBA). He is a Member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain (PESGB), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Energy Institute (EI).
