UK Executive Search Market 2007/8

Grapevine Magazine’s annual survey of the UK Executive Search market tracks the significant developments in the search market and discusses the strengths of the key market players. The survey places Odgers Berndston in the top position:

“This year Odgers Berndston hold on to the top spot with 7.4% of the market. In doing so, they have also increased the gap between themselves and the second highest firm Russell Reynolds by 1.5 percentage points. Much of Odgers success can be attributed to their significant increase in consultant headcount which now stands at 150. This makes them the largest executive search firm in our survey and the largest provider of assignments up to £200K.”
