Chris Kelsey discusses how the economy is affecting the recruitment industry in Wales but as Jemma Terry, Head of Wales for Odgers Berndtson, points out, the picture is not all doom and gloom and explains the importance of having quality in difficult times.

“This time of year is meant to be quiet but we have picked up six new roles in (July and August), each over £100,000… There is no hiding the fact that these are challenging times, but when things get tough people are the only differentiator you have. Your people need to better than when times are good”
