Our Investment Banking search practice serves a full range of clients from US, European and global bulge bracket banks through to mid-sized houses and specialised boutiques and brokerages. Geographically, we service the leading financial centres, including emerging markets, particularly the Middle East and Greater China.
We are able to offer our clients a wealth of experience, having completed numerous assignments in the M&A, Structured Finance and ECM product areas. In addition, the team has strong industry sector expertise, which broadly reflects the needs of clients and market trends. We are also able to work closely with our industry (corporate) focused colleagues, to provide our clients with sector-specialist candidates who may not have worked in investment banking.
We seek to combine a rigorous search process with the ability to understand and adapt to our client’s needs in order to build and maintain strong client relationships. With this in mind, we look to provide a consultative product that goes beyond just providing the right candidates.
