
The Retail Practice covers all international retailing activity; our clients include traditional store multiples and department stores, multi-channel operations, on-line retailers, mail order and TV shopping channels, covering food, apparel and general merchandise. We are experienced at recruiting both executive and non-executive board members, and senior management across the full range of retail functional disciplines. Typically these include Store Operations, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, as well as Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR and Corporate Communications.
Our work encompasses not only executive search but also talent spotting and succession planning. Over the last few years we have developed expertise in recruiting for Private Equity backed and family owned businesses in addition to listed FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies.
