We have developed a strong capability in working with PLCs, privately owned businesses, and private equity owned FMCG companies where demand for entrepreneurial talent remains high. The Retail Practice covers UK and international retailing activity; our clients include traditional store multiples and department stores, multi-channel operations, on-line retailers, mail order and TV shopping channels.  We are experienced at recruiting both executive and non-executive board members and senior management across the full range of retail functional disciplines.  Typically these include Store Operations, Buying and Merchandising as well as Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, Property and Corporate Communications.  Over the last few years we have developed expertise in recruitment for Private Equity, family owned businesses as well as listed businesses and FTSE100s.

Our global capability allows us to work with clients to recruit Board and senior management across international territories.
