Established in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur has a history full of tradition, and a future bursting with ambition. A founder member and ever present force in the world's most famous and watched sporting competition. The Club is the 14th largest in the world in terms of turnover and is one of the pre-eminent global football clubs. The Club first moved to the site of its current stadium, White Hart Lane, in 1899 where it has enjoyed much success both on and off the pitch. Through a process of land acquisition adjacent to Tottenham Hotspur’s current ground, the Club has plans to create a world-class destination, incorporating a new 58,000 seater stadium along with a number of other developments. It will contribute significantly to the regeneration plans for the local community.
The overall responsibility of the Head of Corporate Hospitality is to significantly increase revenues across Tottenham Hotspur’s match day and non match hospitality portfolio.
The Role
Oversee and drive the sales and renewals of all corporate hospitality inventories for Tottenham Hotspur’s White Hart Lane Stadium.
Ensure the delivery of world class services and facilities to all hospitality customers.
Strategically lead on the development and creation of a new hospitality offering at Tottenham Hotspur’s planned stadium, Northumberland Park.
The Candidate
Proven track record of building exceptional and long term sales relationships within a quality Business to Business or Business to Customer Sales environment, where customer experience and retention is critical to success.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence and manage complex sales processes to blue chip corporations and high net worth individuals.
A results focused team leader, with a proven track record of delivery in a challenging environment.
