The research team in UK are based throughout our 8 offices. The team is over 70 people strong. Researchers comes from a wide variety of backgrounds, from graduates through to long term career researchers through to individuals who have worked in different roles in a wide ranging array of sectors.
Clients not only want a good quality and well researched shortlist but also want detailed information on the market place, who the good quality people are and who’s who in their sector and competitors. Our Research team is responsible for compiling this information using a number of research methods and by networking with senior executives to gain their insight. Creativity is paramount, different ideas mean different sorts of candidates which means our clients have a well thought out choice of people to suit the needs of their business.
As well as wide ranging sector experience the research team is also tremendously diverse and international, we have team members from many different countries and as a team we speak over 20 languages.
The overall result is that we are able to provide the right research support to our consultants and clients no matter what the requirement.
Most Promising New Researcher Award
