As part of our rigorous executive recruiting process, we also check County Court judgements, credit references and bankruptcy notices. We confirm all directorships and check for disqualifications and confirm all academic and professional qualifications, including professional memberships.
The reference is summarised and included in the shortlist pack that clients receive for each candidate. It provides an additional insight into the candidates' management style and capability that is not always possible to uncover at interview. It also sheds further light on candidates' personal style, character and motivation.
We offer this stand-alone service independently of our executive recruiting services. This is particularly valuable in cases where a client wants a rigorous, independent check of a potential candidate, who has not been introduced by us.
