Team assessment can be used to great effect with senior management teams, divisional teams or any other group where team performance assessment is relevant.
Our team assessment services use psychometric tools, interviews and other exercises to examine the strengths and weaknesses of existing teams to help direct recruitment, training and organisational development. The process will be specific to each assignment, but will typically include:
We will start by making sure that the parameters and outcomes of any assignment are clearly defined and understood by all parties.
We may observe team meetings and use 360 instruments or interviews and discussions with stakeholders to build a detailed picture of how the team operates.
Each team member is profiled by a psychologist using the appropriate psychometric tools and techniques.
Our detailed reports will provide a comprehensive team performance assessment against the original criteria and will include recommendations on how to improve performance where appropriate.

OBTR is underpinned by our leadership model which has been developed based on best practice in the field of leadership and performance psychology as well as our experience at the forefront of executive search. Judgements can also be aligned to internal performance/competency frameworks if appropriate.
