Offshore Operations Engineers, HSE Advisors, Management System Advisors and Deputy Offshore Installation Managers – Oil & Gas Operator

The company is a major international Oil & Gas Operator with offshore producing assets in the UK North Sea.

The task was to recruit Offshore Operations Engineers, HSE Advisors, Management System Advisors and Deputy Offshore Installation Managers.  The search required candidates from within the Oil & Gas industry as well as other sectors. Whilst compensation and benefits were a significant attraction to non-Oil & Gas candidates, those within the industry needed to fully understand the technical engineering challenges of the roles and career potential with the organisation in order to become engaged. Twelve candidates were placed, several of whom relocated. Half of the successful candidates were from outside the Oil & Gas industry and included individuals with backgrounds in pharmaceuticals, process, military, transportation and refining.
