The company is a leading international retail and residential property group, integrated with a strong investment management and construction management businesses and listed on the Australian stock market.
The task was to find a Chief Financial Officer for one of their Divisions, one of the world’s leading project management and construction companies. This global business generated revenue of approximately A$10 billion (£4 billion) in the financial year ended 30 June 2006 and was profitable. The role had a dual reporting line to the Subsidiary CEO in London and the Group CFO in Sydney.
